Yoga

As a yoga teacher living and working in bustling central London, I am passionate about creating and holding a space for others which allows complete nourishment.  I combine my experience as a Yoga Teacher and Nutritional Therapist, whilst juggling a full time job as a real estate agent, to help calm the ever prevalent ‘fight or flight’ mode which accompanies living life in the fast lane, a feeling that Londoners know all too well.

I have a functional approach to teaching having been trained by The Yoga People (Jamie Clarke and Dulce Aguilar), which ensures that my classes are accessible, sustainable and safe for all levels of practitioner. I have completed over 200 hours of training in Ashtanga Vinyasa and Rocket Yoga and I offer private classes to individuals and small groups, expanding into larger public classes and corporate yoga clients.

My style of teaching is dynamic, breath focused and designed to strengthen, lengthen and challenge the physical body in preparation for stillness and relaxation/meditation. I encourage students to play, to reconnect with their true selves and to move in a way which feels good to them.

Online Classes

I am so grateful to be able to offer online classes to students during the current coronavirus pandemic. Classes are open to all levels and I offer modifications and variations to try and accommodate both beginners and more experienced practitioners.

PLEASE NOTE: Zoom requires you to enter a password when joining a class/meeting.  If you have practised with me on Zoom before, the password is always the same, however please send me a message (Instagram/Facebook/Email) if you are new and wanting to join a Zoom class so that I can send you the password.
