Three years of weekend study, countless assignments, exams and over 200 hours of clinical training has led to this point. A point which I have been working towards for what feels like a long time coming.
Welcome to Totoly Nourished!
It feels amazing to see these words on a page rather than cooped up in my mind or announced in an excitable tizz to my closest friends and family. Totoly Nourished is a concept which I came up with at the very start of my training as a Nutritional Therapist. Part of me wanted to jump straight in at the deep end, posting about all the new and exciting information I had at my fingertips, however I knew deep down that I should wait until I was qualified, more experienced and on reflection, more confident. I’m so glad that I took that decision; I’ve learnt a huge amount along the way and I feel SO ready to share it with you.
So, what even is Totoly Nourished?
It’s a combination of my name (Toto – in case you thought it was a howling spelling mistake), and my passion for creating a life which encompasses everything to do with holistic living. Fuelling our bodies with nutrient dense, colourful food, moving our bodies with love and respect for what they can do for us and allowing ourselves the gift of curiosity; finding out what really makes us tick as individuals. In simple terms, Totoly Nourished is about health, happiness and finding your MOJO.
I graduated from the College of Naturopathic Medicine (CNM) in 2018 and I am registered with BANT as a Nutritional Therapist. I provide wholly personalised nutrition and lifestyle plans to support individuals with a wide range of pre-existing medical conditions, symptoms and also those with more specific goals such as sporting events, starting a family or feeling your best on your wedding day. I work alongside medical professionals to complement the power of western medicine; safely and effectively helping clients to achieve their goals.
So, what’s next?
